Senators Tim Kelly, Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent                 
that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without                    
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3                        
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska              
relating to the repeal of regulations by the legislature, pass the
